The gentleman at the front desk was great who helped me secure a truck I reserved online and was able to have all that I needed such as dollies and furniture pads ready to go when I came to pick up a 15 ft truck. The whole process was a lot easier than expected and I would highly suggest using them! And I'm sure I gave him a good laugh since I accidentally dropped my car keys late at night in the After Hours Key Return Box rather than the Uhaul truck's keys and had to return the truck the following morning haha!

I rented a $950 Uhaul at this location for remote after hours pickup. My card was charged, and I was ready for pickup and NEVER given a code. I sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour on the phone with Uhaul while they scrambled to look for the lock box code so I could retrieve my key. Apparently the owner didn’t enter the information correctly and left me with 0 code. I’d NEVERRRRR come here again. Waste of time and life.
