My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 Mastercraft XT23 from Boat Country in Ripon CA. Colton, our sales rep, did an amazing job of walking us through the entire process and answering all of our questions. The day we came to pick the boat up he knew he'd be out with another customer in the am but said to come in and get set up with the Pro Shop and pick out the gear we were going to need. He had Kiely and Jarrod waiting for us when we got there. The both helped us pick out wakeboard and wakesurf gear, got us fitted with life jackets and made sure we had full VIP treatment. They even let us borrow a trailer hitch because the one we brought wasn't the right height/fit. Well done Boat Country! Great service. We’ll be back soon for upgrades and maintenance.

Fast forward 2 years, these guys are still going the extra mile every time I bring it in. Just had 100 hour service done. Marcel from the service dept opened a warranty claim after noticing the tab sensors weren’t calibrating correctly. Also lights on the trailer were having issues with water.

Always great service and striving to go the extra mile to take care of me and my family. Thanks because team!!

I purchased a custom ordered Supra from Rich and the gang at Boat Country in early 2022 and can't recommend them enough. Everyone at the shop has been great to deal with and the entire experience has been first class. My boat arrived on time and exactly as ordered and my family absolutely loves it. The store is huge, spotless and has tons of boats inside available for viewing. The Pro Shop is also amazingly well stocked. When it is time for another boat upgrade, we will definitely be returning to Boat Country. Thank you again to Rich and everyone at Boat Country.

We had a wonderful experience at Boat Country. Colton Smith was extremely easy to work with. The whole team made us feel like family. We traveled from Nevada to pick up the boat and the whole team worked hard to get our boat ready fast and got us home in a timely manner. We are so excited about our new boat! I bought an Supra SL550 took it to boat country for warranty transfer. That was an okay experience period couple months later looked and found out that the tower had two cracks in it. Sent them pictures they ordered new tower. They told me they would call me when the Tower came in. I believe the tower sat in the racks in the shop for a couple months before I called to find out it was there scheduled appointment brought the boat in on appointment. It took 5 weeks for the tower replacement took the boat back put it on the water overheated first run out. Took it back to them the next day they said that it had an air in the coolant system so they burp the system and added a gallon of coolant. A gallon low on coolant should wave a red flag. They charged me $350 and said the boat was ready. Picked up the boat put it back on the water the coolant reservoir was empty after the first few hours noticed coolant in the bilge called up Marcel and told him what was going on he blatantly said they could not get back to me before the end of August. I always treated everybody at the shop with the utmost respect even through all the frustrations. I was literally told by Marcel where did you get this boat what did somebody do to this boat. Well now I had to make a choice so I called Galey's Marine in Bakersfield. What a difference they got me in right away and found out that there was a leak in the radiant hose going to the heater core. Of course this was under warranty there was no charge. Unlike the 350 that boat country charged me. I couldn't have felt more like Marcel kicked me out of the shop. And again I will say even through the frustration of 5 weeks to change my tower and also diagnose my coolant leak improperly and charged me $350 the feeling that I got kicked out of that shop because they would not work on the boat to make it right until the end of August. That's What I Call bad business. I do hope the owner responds to me because I would like to talk to him about this. It's a complete shame that anybody would get treated like this. If you are the owner of the shop please feel free to call me. I would like to hear from you. This is the first time I have ever posted a review. But thought it was necessary.
