Joe and his team are great! They take their time to explain everything they do and help the customer figure out what is wrong. Brought my 2004 chaparral for over heating problems. They figured out it was the water pump, works great now! Thank you boat works!! Thanks guys see you next year for service.

Who ever was working this morning either had a bad night and took it out on me as a new customer. I was referred here by BMS marine . I called around 9am . The person that answered the phone was so rude and ugly. He would not allow me to speak and would talk over me. I have 3 boats and I will definitely not come to you . So sad that one person can ruin a business. He automatically assumed I don’t know what I’m talking about. Remember you are a business and I could be a potential customer. Be nice to people it’s not hard .

When you get three clients tell you that Boatworks is the best, you have to try it out.
Well, I was very pleased. Joe not only knows what he is doing, but it does it with love and care, so when you leave your baby with a repair shop and want to be sure of three things: 1. It will be taken care of mechanically by an expert; 2. It will be made better than original if possible; 3. While it is there it will be protected interior and exterior is if the boat was his own.
