I’ve been going to Bob Smith Toyota for 20 years. Their service team is incredible, to the point where I look forward to going! From the initial seconds when I pull up to the service center to when I get my car back, it’s like I’m gone to the Toyota “spa.” I’m greeted like a celebrity and I always decline the offer to drive me to where ever I want to go while my car is being serviced because I like hanging out. Everyone on the team is so friendly and at this point I consider them all to be like my family - or “framily” (friends + family). I’ve grown up there and I’ve seen their families grow up to (their team loves putting pictures up of their families). I’ll never go anywhere else because to Bob Smith Toyota it’s about more than just selling cars.

Great dealership, never pushed the sale on me. Staff is fantastic. I felt like I got a GREAT deal, was in and out of there QUICK. I purchased my 2025 Toyota Sienna from Bob Smith Toyota and it was seamless and efficient. I worked with Estela Caudillo - she was amazing! I would use the words honest, transparent, and efficient to get the entire process done without all the nonsense. I worked with several dealers prior to finding Estela who tried to "bait and switch" aka when I actually went into make the transaction the deal was different or put on some ridiculous markup over MSRP. This is the place to go. A small, nonpretentious, lovely little dealership with the best people working there to provide genuine and humble service! Thank you to Estela and the team for making our 2025 Sienna happen! You are simply the best.

15/10 -- esp specifically to Brian Elhardt & Todd (didn't catch his last name). Went to Toyota to passively look at cars (that's always how it happens anyway, isn't it? Lol) for my partner and I, and next day I walk out with my BEAUTIFULLL BZ4X. Didn't even know the car existed before going and I stumbled upon it, fell in love. ZERO pressure from Brian during the whole time - he genuinely wanted to know I liked it and he didn't push anything on us. I haven't had the best experiences at dealerships, only the stereotypical experience you would imagine, but I genuinely didn't feel like I had all this pressure and fake friendliness just to get a sale from me.

I am especially happy the sale was for Brian and Todd was incredibly honest and helpful (his BZ was the one I spotted in the parking lot) about what to experience from the car/my first EV. Incredibly kind, both of them. If I had all the money I'd only go to them to purchase. Everything about the experience was amazing - HIGHLY recommend going here if you're looking for a Toyota!

I was hesitant about coming here, but I have no idea why. This place was great! I had been to a few dealerships already and didn’t want to deal with more salesmen. Bob Smith Toyota is not like that. Tom was so helpful and the financial guy he put me with was also very kind and easy to work with. They gave me all my options and helped me get to a deal that was best for me. 100% recommend coming here, will also recommend to my family and friends!
