I wish there were more ratings, but I didn't find out about this one until now when I saw it, this is going to get lots of attention since mainly in Homewood, it gets busy a lot, a warm addition to the collection.

Service: Similar to Cahaba Cycles, bicycles here are literally gonna drain your money but you might as well never get a bike ever again after that once you've fallen in love with your brand new one.

Atmosphere: Small but delightful, you feel welcomed by the staff and they will ask you what you might need, I love getting attention by the people if you need help sometimes.

Quality: High tier, top notch, the best of the best, Trek, Specialized, Aventon, Santa Cruz, any brand you can think of, hey I'm not gonna lie, I'm just saying this for the review lol.

I took my wife's bike in there to fix the rear brake caliper that was freezing up. They took the time to fix it right then while I waited and charged me nothing.

These folks are the small shop going the extra mile to earn your business. When the bigger, more popular shop, can't get to your bike for several weeks, check here. They'll prob be able to work it in sooner. When the big shop doesn't carry the exact spoke you need, check here, they'll cut one, thread it and have it done while you wait.

Amazing experience! We just bought 2 Aventon bikes and a pull behind child seat. The service was amazing with Bob and Kelly! Kelly even played with our kiddos while we were looking. Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience!!

Got my Aventon Ramblas this week. Great deal and service! Finally able to get a ride in today! Ramblas was amazing! Normally can ride 4 miles in this heat but today I was able to ride 12 miles on some hilly rough trails. Highly recommend this bike and Bob’s bikes to anyone

Probably one of the most disrespectful staff I have encountered in a long time. We bought an electric bike for my son who is 13. First off the bike was not for a young boy, seemed rushed to buy a bike. Spent close to 2k on this bike, and my son breaks the chain of the bike. I take it back to see if we could get exchange or purchase another bike made for a teenager with suspension. We were told after having the bike for one week that my son put 70 miles on the bike, and that they wouldn’t be able to sell the bike for around $1200.00 bucks. They charged us $200 restocking fee and $150 to repair the chains. We asked to buy another bike with suspension and one that fit my sons size. We were told they would cut us a check and we need to think about it my son was ready for an electric bike. Nick was one of the employees that was the most unprofessional and talked to me like I was a child. Very combative and argumentative. Bobs bikes does not back up the warranty.

The service and sales staff at Bob's are always very helpful and courteous.

I don't trust a lot of mechanics with my prized bicycle and these guys are at the top of my list.
