I’m so grateful to the outstanding customer service at Bob’s Marine shop they help us on the fly....we had a broken propeller and our prop was out dated and old the associate recommended a variety of propeller’s for my Mercury 120 HP and helped me with installation and explained in detailed on how to install!! I recommend this shop dealer repair store everything the most nice & upfront staff ever....We definitely will be loyal customers and keep coming back for the future thank you for giving us the VIP experience we value your business.......Mike & Erika

Worst service I have ever received. Never received correct or complete service requested. The owner never wrote anything down that I asked for him to service on my boat. Quoted me a price and service bill was $100.00 over the quoted price. I also gave him a 2nd boat to service and it took him over three weeks to perform a 3 year service and didn't do the additional worked I asked him to do. So I had to wait another 3 more days. Again never gave me a written quote. He didn't service the out drive after I had told him to do it twice over the phone. So outdated business get everything in writing before you leave your boat there. Better yet go to a more competent Marine shop, like I should have. Also asked for synthetic oil and was told Mercury doesn't make it. Which is not true as well.

My experience at Bobs Marine was excellent! My husband and I found a boat we both loved there. They went above and beyond making sure the boat was in excellent shape before we took it off the lot. The entire staff was super friendly. Not sure why all the bad reviews.... I couldn't have asked for better service or a better deal.

Worked with my schedule while I waited, made intelligent suggestions to save me problems in near future ,very friendly,easy to communicate with,had to drive an hour to get there but worth the drive,great people and lots of accessories for boat repair and some nice equipment for sale too

Fantastic service, fair prices, quick turnaround and they were able to schedule an appointment for a few days away when all other shops had a 1.5 month long backlog. They even left the old parts in a box in the boat so I didn't have to even ask for them back.
