My husband (33M) and I (33F) spent 2 years deciding on which pontoon to purchase as our first boat. The employees were very patient with us as we visited the showroom multiple times, visited them at the boat show 2 years in a row, and bickered back and forth deciding on size, features, motor size, etc. ?‍
Last summer, when we finally decided on our 24-foot Sun Tracker, they made the financing process quick and easy! We've used their service department twice for ordering oil change kits and have appreciated that my husband can simply call in what he needs, and I can pick it up.
We did purchase insurance on our interior but haven't needed to use it yet, I'll update my review once we do!

My wife and I purchased our first Personal Watercraft (Waverunner) from Bradford Marine in Hot Spring and it was nothing short of an outstanding transaction. The salesman, Daniel was very professional and answered all my crazy questions. The business manager, Danny, had us in and out within an hour. I highly recommend them for your next purchase and if I am ever in the market for another PWC or boat, Bradford Marine in Hot Springs is where I am going.

I purchased a pontoon boat from the NLR store & had issues out on the lake the very next day. The workers were very quick at the Hot Springs location to get out to us & get us taken care of. It was a simple fix and we were on our way. I can’t say how thankful I am for them getting to us as soon as they did & for being so understanding!

I experienced extremely poor customer service and acknowledgement today. My boyfriend and I were super excited to potentially purchase a CanAm from here for Mother's Day this weekend (I'm an off-roader chick). My boyfriend was on his way from out of town, about 30 minutes out, so my son and I decided to just go inside instead of sitting in the car. My son and I was in there for a full 25 minutes and not ONE person asked me if I needed help, or if there was something they could help me find, etc. One guy said "how ya doing" as he swiftly walked by, but literally NO ONE else even acknowledged me. I browsed, took a few pics of the toy I wanted, and they still never acknowleged me. They ALL looked me in my eyes without saying anything... not even a "hello". By the time my boyfriend was almost there, I didn't even want to give them my money anymore. Very disappointed. I've never experienced being in an establishment for over 20 minutes with no greeting. Went into a competitors store, and I was greeted as soon as we walked in. Paying CASH and happy to be doing so with a company that values customer service this Mother's Day!

My husband and I bought a brand new boat here and drove 1200 miles to get it but ended up sorry we did. The salesman was nice but the we only talked to him for 5 minutes, The sales manager gave us 5 minutes before he started trying to sell us an extended warranty then he turns us over to a 19 yr old kid to show us how to use the boat. We never even got to start the motor up or to make sure it worked. BY THE WAY DID I SAY WE PAID FULL RETAIL AND THEY ADDED $2000 FOR DELIVERY and THEY DID NOT GIVE US EVEN A COFFEE MUG TO SAY THANK YOU!
1250 miles later the boat wouldn’t run when we got it in the water.
