They are the rudest and hostile car lot I’ve seen! I’ve had the worst experience with them and their vehicles! I would never recommend them!

I recently purchased a truck from Bratton Automotive, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I first bought the truck, it had an oil leak that Bratton agreed to fix. They took the truck to their shop, but when I got it back, the oil leak was still there. When I informed them, they outright called me a liar, insisting that their mechanic had fixed it. I even offered to show them the leak, but they refused, claiming their clothes were too nice to get dirty.

After a lot of back and forth, where they continued to call me a liar, they finally agreed to take the truck back to the same shop. The next day, Bratton called to tell me that the mechanic wouldn’t fix the truck because he didn’t have the correct tool. If he didn’t have the correct tool, how did he “fix” it the first time? They then took my truck to a different shop but refused to tell me where.

When I finally got the truck back, about a month later, the part the mechanic took apart to fix the leak broke and damaged the radiator, fan shroud, and other components. I called Bratton, as this was clearly the result of improper assembly by their mechanic. They responded by cussing me out and telling me they had nothing to do with it and wouldn’t help. The warranty wouldn’t cover the damage either since it was an improper assembly.

I sought multiple opinions from other mechanics, all of whom confirmed that the damage was due to the previous mechanic’s work. I sent all the paperwork to Bratton, but they only met me with hostility. I eventually had to repair the vehicle myself, and later found out that Bratton had allowed an unlicensed mechanic to work on the truck. One of their sales agents even advised me not to return to their shop.

I will never buy another vehicle from Bratton Automotive. They were rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. All we wanted was to have the vehicle fixed properly after their mechanic’s mistakes, but instead, we were met with cursing and disrespect. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My sales representative was Danny Minor. From day one when I walked onto the lot Saturday, July 8, 2023, he was standing on the business porch and he had a very welcoming greeting, a smiling happy face and ready to help in anyway that he possibly could.. he was never pushy, Never seemed to be in a "rush", nor "to just get me in a vehicle" and always helping in giving me the knowledge of each and every vehicle that I looked at. I took it for a two day test drive while he was getting the necessary paperwork up and called me that Monday, July 10, 2023 to come in and seal the deal. There was only one kind of sort of not exactly minor nor major issue that needed to be dealt with and this company was more than eager to fix and make it right and never complained/made excuses nor himhauled around to "getter done". I traded in a 2016 GMC truck for a 2016 Ram Laramie Hemi 1500 5.7.. with all the amenities that this vehicle has I'm so glad that I came in and purchased this vehicle. I Love My RAM ... Hub was amazing first off . everyone there was like family. it's a car dealership but more. they take the time to explain everything and they don't rush you. I would definitely recommend them. I will be going back in 5 years to purchase my dream truck with them .

Make sure u get the warranty after 10 months of having my truck transmission broke was told they new nothing bout the transmission being replaced before and nothing was wrong with the truck at that time but I've had to replace the battery the starter and add coolant after being told everythings good from the shop before I ever bought it. Not even willing to help replace or have the transmission looked at on a $38,000 truck that I have to keep paying on but can't drive and fork out more to have the truck fixed. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them in my life time and something has broke and I've had to pay out of pocket while still paying on it while in the shop.

Was thrown back by how down to earth, honest and respectful to us and our needs Hub and the Gang were. Even had help loading old car belongings into our new car.
