Extremely poor customer service and management! DO NOT BUY A SWIMSUIT HERE! I bought a Hurley swimsuit and as soon as I went to wear it in the pool the stitching came out and made a hole in the side. The management tried to talk me into buying a second swimsuit at discount and spending more money. A terrible way of doing business.

Bridge Street Bazaar is such a cute, beach-themed gift shop with a great variety of items. It’s especially perfect for picking up things you may have forgotten to pack on vacation, along with unique gifts and essentials. They also carry higher-quality items you wouldn’t typically find at a standard department store, which makes it even better.

Kudos to the management and that poor employee yesterday. Girl hootin and hollerin about a swimsuit. Cussin when kids are around and the workers just trying to mange and help a situation. Even IF it was a manufacturer damage who the heck doesn't look clothes over before buying. Also, how do you even know if it didn't happen when you had it on. Again, you don't know do ya. I will forever love this place and how great the workers are there.

Unfortunately we forgot our whole beach bag at home this trip & the staff at bridge street bizarre were eager to help us any way they could. Anaya helped my husband find everything we needed over the phone & at the store! She walked the whole store with us to help us find correct water shoe sizes, goggles, toys & more! The whole staff was so welcoming! Thank you everyone, you helped make this trip a great one!

I was in yesterday when an encounter happened with a swimsuit. The swimsuit was obviously worn and how it was shown it was clear it was snagged by the new owner. I had to privilege of having to be behind the "I tore my own swimsuit child" because thats what we acted like. The manager and employee were both VERY nice and kept it together. I have my own business and I will say they would of been removed within the first few minutes from my store. Also, the manager being on the phone texting? She was messaging HER boss to try to figure everything out. Not just playing on it. Because tou make a review remember there were many other witnesses

My daughter bought a bathing suit. She tried it on and loved it. She came back to the house we rented for our vacation and got in the hot tub with it on and immediately found a hole in it. We tried to take it back hours after it was bought. The assistant manager made an employee give the messages to us as she was on her phone texting behind her. Finally the assistant manager came up to the counter, was rude and told us we would have to come back and talk to the manager the next day. She did give us the option to spend another $35 to get a new bathing suit. $80 + $35 isn't the math equation we wanted.

Stopped in the other morning just to look around and ended up finding all sorts of great stuff. none of that cheap tourist junk you find at other stores. it was clean and organized. But let me tell you, the gal with the pink hair was just the nicest! good customer service i don’t see that much these days. Will for sure be back next time i’m down on the island.
