I had chosen Brown Motor Works because they had the exact motorcycle I wanted and were able to get it to me at the price I wanted. Upon arrival the entire process was unrushed; the salesrep Trevor was super generous with his time, he explained all the features of this R NineT, he was super familiar with all of it's features and functions, he was able to show me how to set the date and time on the dashboard and ensure I was comfortable with the bike before I left. Also without even requesting it, they performed a required brake-service during pre-delivery so that I did not need to bring it back soon after taking it home. I was able to go on a nice test ride before doing paperwork, that made all the difference in ensuring I was completely satisfied with my selection of motorcycle. Doing the paperwork was a breeze, Trevor had everything ready to go and could not have gone any quicker. It was great, a couple of the other people from the dealership came out and saw me off, I even got an authentic BMW hat, a tee-shirt and one very nice keychain with the dealer Logo. In short, Brown Motor Works is definitely a place to buy a BMW Motorcycle.
