Allegedly the manager David, was rude and disrespectful for no reason. We rented a vehicle here which was a new model, shortly after the check engine light came on, we informed them and brought the car back to get it switched out. He first said it was because we didn’t screw the gas cap in correctly today, I let him know we had just put gas and this light had been on for over 5 days before even touching the gas cap. He then said we took the vehicle off roading (because there was dirt splattered around the wheels on a rainy day) and would be responsible for any damages underneath the car. Not sure why he would make such wild and unfounded claims without even seeing what was wrong with the car. He was reaching so hard to try to find a reason to blame us and not swap the car, just looking for an excuse. I wouldn’t trust this location to buy or rent a car from and immediately returned the vehicle to go rent elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if possible.

It was an unexpected surprise! We were on the way to check out a ford explorer and happened to come across this KIA Sorento. Our sales person and manager took care of us and even though we got there as they were closing, they were more than happy to stay and help. It was the most efficient car process we’ve had and look forward to going back again.

I want to thank Cesar for being very professional and not pushing for just the sale. This is exactly why returned the next day to make the purchase for my wife. She is in love with her VW. It was a great deal compared to the other lots I have visited throughout the week.

This place is the place to your uses or now car. Corey was my sales guys. Very friendly and helpful. He gave me very good customer service and takes his time with you and not rushes you. They have a big selection of new and used cars. They have alot of banks to work with. They will make it happen for your to drive off with the car you want. They brought out the red carpet and put the big red bow on the car i got approved for. They took my picture of me infront of the car. They treat you like a queen their. This is the place i will buy another car from when the time comes again. My experience with them was amazing.
