I am in the market to buy a bass boat. This place is described online as a boat dealer and open to 5:30pm. I noticed a beautiful used ranger on the lot while driving by with my wife at 5:10pm, so I pulled into the open parking lot to look at it, then go inside to inquire more about buying. Before I could go inside, an employee came out screaming that I can't look at the boats and that they are not for sale. I tried to explain that I am in the market and ask if they do have boats for sale and if I can look at them, but the guy kept interrupting me and screaming that their boats are not for sale. Duly noted. I will gladly buy a boat elsewhere. Thank you.

I have to say.. I'm extremely disappointed with the manner in which this company does business.
I brought my boat in by appointment, in April, to be fixed, they diagnosed it and was garunteed it could be fixed.
They said there was a leak in my tank and I needed to order a new, so I did as they requested. They installed he new tank and I paid them for a job that I was told was completed. After finding out that my tank is still leaking, I called them to inform them that the issue hadn't been addressed. I was told I'd get a call back soon from Jeremy. After waiting for nearly a week, no call back. I called and called and was finally able to contact him. When I asked why he hadn't called me back, his answer was simply, " I've been busy"
Anyways, I was told they would order a clamp for the hose which was a little over two weeks ago.
If I hadn't paid cash I would stop payment and dispute the charge but I paid cash.

I would not recommend this company. They took my money and did not delivered on there promise. Bad business and bad service.

I just bought a boat from a young man that fishes Wild west tournaments nice 2005 Ranger 250 Yamaha. It was serviced by C&C marine 12-21-2021 when I got it to lake overheat alarm went off long story short they put the impeller parts in wrong per my Mechanic it had melted they cover and welded the impeller to the shaft I called and the mechanic at C&C said I quote what do you expected from a touring pro Really how about do your job I wouldn’t take anything to them really Classy answer

My 2001 Yamaha Outboard was ready for service. Head Mechanic Jeremy replaced that parts needed, and got me back on the water! Highly recommend this shop. They've been servicing my outboard for the past decade and couldn't be happier.

I bought a used tracker boat i paid $10,000 cash. I'm very happy with the boat but a few months after I made my purchase l needed a new prop i called C@C on Saturday morning gave all the info on my motor but of course they sold me the boat so they have all the info. They said they would call me back shortly finally at 3:30 i called back they said they would check and get back to me they never called. I called back Tuesday morning went through all the same thing as Saturday and said I would get a call back never did.i called back at 4:30 after sitting on hold for ever they came back and said they are still researching it!!!!!!!! For a boat service shop how hard can it really be.

Jeremy and the whole C&C team in Citrus Heights have been nothing by wonderful to me. I have had my Ranger in there multiple times and they have always done great work and have done it quickly! I live in Elk Grove and despite the drive there is nowhere else I would take my boat! Thanks guys!
