I came here this morning to have new tires installed. The young lady at the counter looked like she was hungover from a weekend binder and was entirely useless in helping me. The people working here couldn't have been less enthusiastic about having to be there.
After I dropped my tires off in the back and returned to the front to be invisible once again, I stood in front of the counter waiting for further instructions regarding the transaction I was there for. I finally drew the attention of the unexcited gentleman behind the counter and was told just to come back in a couple hours. Didn't take any of my information or ask for a phone number.
I came back a couple hours later and Miss Hangover had no idea who I was or how to process my payment and simply told me to hold on. I stood in front of the counter for quite a while until another guy behind the counter asked to help me. Again, he didnt have a clue as to what I needed to pay for either. I couldn't wait to get out of this place. These are the most incompetent people with the worst attitudes. If I had known my piddly tire install was going to be such a drag for these guys, I would've happily taken my business somewhere else, which is exactly what I plan to do from here on out.

Nice new building with nice machines. Horrible customer service ever since new ownership. Brought my 2012 Ranger to get a diagnostic test and maybe some work done on it, told multiple people and was reassured that I'd get a call after the $50 diagnostic test before any work was done. Without a call, they put the most over priced battery in and charged me an hour labor for about 10 minutes of work. Politely brought this up when I picked the machine up and was pretty much told I was SOL and should learn how to check the battery myself. Won't ever be coming back after buying two Rangers and two golf carts from the previous owner/location

Go in there looking for a part the guy behind the counter looks high on something pills,meth he said
we have the part but it’s on a pallet and we haven’t unloaded it yet you’ll have to come back tomorrow.
I come back 3 days later and the same guy is like we still haven’t unloaded the pallet yet you can call next time so it’s not a wasted trip.if I was buying a 35000.00 side by side they would have taken better care of me so I will never by anything from them and when I do need a new 35000.00 I will buy it elsewhere

This dealership is a joke when it comes to service. They had my four wheeler 19 days to replace two taillights that I had taken off of it in two minutes. After them having it for 10 days I called to check the status and they rudely told me that it wasn’t ready and they were working on it as fast as they could and it should be done in the next day or two. 9 days later a total of 19 days they had my four wheeler and I had still never received one phone call to tell me the status. Therefore I went to pick it up whether it was ready or not. The repairs were made and I don’t know how long it sat there afterwards without me being told it was ready. Bottom line is if you want good service from polite people never go to this dealership. They did not stock the taillights and I understand it took a few days to get them but 19 days for something I could have done in 2 minutes if they would have let me with it being a warranty job. They don’t stock OEM taillights yet they have every aftermarket product you can think of in their store. I will definitely be taking my four wheeler elsewhere in the future even if it is a further drive for me!
