Jackson Smith, my tech was fabulous got me in and out of there sooner than expected. Explain the details of what I needed to have done in a clear and concise way. When I jumped in my car and left, I noticed a difference in performance at Jackson had mentioned I’m glad I proceeded with his recommendations. I also like the video of the tech actually showing me the work that was done. The tech also noticed an area that may be may be a concern down the road, but nothing to worry about today, but bringing it to my intention makes me aware of it, which I appreciate

Christopher Heinz was a wonderful salesmen. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and available to answer any questions for me. He was not pushy in any way. He was kind and attentive. I would go back there just to have Christopher be my salesmen again. Tiffany, the floor manager was exactly the same. So helpful and friendly. I’ve been taking my car to Cadillac of Laguna Niguel for regular services, and the experience has been consistently excellent. He is rude on every encounter he doesn’t care about his customers. He had an attitude and told me each time to take my car to another dealer. I requested a supervisor and a guy came up to me didn’t greet or anything. I drove over and hour each visit and requested a loaner vehicle since my car would be stay for engine light being on. I was never told there’s a 50 mile radius or I would’ve tried going somewhere else because alone my house is 30 or so miles away. Service is unprofessional and unhelpful it’s really unpleasant going here.

I was never informed prior to bringing my car back there is a 50 mile radius would’ve never waited my time with my family driving to this location to have my car fixed for the check engine light. Whomever this is in response just know they are a liar!!!! Bought three cars here try o be treated poorly wow!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else with your poor unprofessional behavior what a joke

This unprofessional response says everything you need to know… so basically they are excusing their behavior on the fact that I reside in lake Elsinore if that’s the case nobody can go to this location unless you’re a local which I am and have bought vehicles here so sad and pathetic!!! Don’t waste your time on grown men that act like little boys

I recently purchased a 2024 brand new XT4 from this dealership, June 11th 2024. Upon purchasing the vehicle the salesperson/manager was great, I give them 5 stars.

But after only having the vehicle for 2 months, at 4100 miles the transmission went out without warning. The vehicle went into limp mode while we were crossing a very busy street. I had to call AAA to give us a tow home from Long Beach to San Juan Capistrano, this happen after our church service on a Sunday.The car is equipped with On Star, but we're unable to get connected, because once the transmission went so did the car/computer system's phone connection.

I called the dealership Monday morning to give a report of what had happen, spoke to a service representative by name of Steve P. He was apologetic, got me an appointment scheduled for 2:30 pm that afternoon.

I was told that no loaner car would be available until Wednesday, so we rented a car.On Wednesday we went to picked up the loaner car, it was a 2020 Cadillac with over 67K miles. As I was driving less than a mile from the dealership, I noticed on the dashboard it said front driver's side tire low pressure. After driving less than 2 mile at 10-15 mph, because of the after 3 pm traffic, while looking for a gas station to put air in the tire, the back driver's side tire shredded completely. Thank God I wasn't able to drive faster, because I could've had an accident.🙏🏾

So I called the dealership to inform them of what had happened. I asked if I should tow the car back, and asked if they had another loaner, the receptionist said yes, we have a newer car for you. I called AAA to tow the car back to the dealership as soon as the tow guy seen the tire, he said wow, this tire looks dry rotted, which is what I thought as well.

As soon as we got to the dealership we talk to Steve P. about what had happened with the loaner. Seemed he had already went into blame the customer mode, asking me if the tire pressure light was on when I drove off the lot. I told him I noticed it after a couple of minutes, because I glanced to see how much gas I had to put in the car when I returned it. But he was adamant that I must've ran over a sharp object, because they checked the tires. I wasn't going back & forth with him at that point, got the new loaner car and left.

So on Friday Steve P. called me to let me know my car was fix & and ready for pickup, no charge because it was under warranty... That was good news! Cool!!!.......Wait for it!⬇️🫡

After letting me know my car was ready......Now here's the time ticker!!Steve P. said I hate to be barer of bad news, but you're going to have to pay for the tire. Because we have evidence that you ran over a sharp object, there was no evidence, just his assumption. I said but the warning light was on within minutes of me driving off the lot, so you want me to pay $325 for a tire on a 2020 car with over 67k miles. I asked how old was the tire, he said 2 1/2 years old🫡👀, and stated he could discount it to $225. I said nope that's not gonna happen, at this point I don't know if he even heard me. Because this man didn't let me get a word in, once I said it's not fair asking me to pay for an old tire, so I stopped talking. My husband got on the phone with a medium tone voice, Steve P. wasn't letting him get a word in either. You'd think he was the customer, as he went higher in tone and attitude, my husband stayed low&professional.

We should've ask to be credited back for having the car towed, and the money we had to pay out of pocket for the rental car for 4 days.

After going rounds about me paying for the tire on the phone, but when we arrived to pick up my car, SP stated he had talk to his manager and they'll just write off the tire. I waited outside in the car, because I wasn't going to deal with someone who didn't valuable me as a customer. Steve P. informed my husband and daughter that they'll NEVER loan me a car again, that I'm band.

I should have read the reviews, before leasing here, if so I definitely would have went to a different Cadillac dealership.
