Scheduled a 20K service, alignment, and a tune. Also added a few things based on questions I had and recommendations from Casey after going through the bike. Some of the differences I noticed, rides like it’s on rails, gets up to speed faster from a stop, and I am not having to downshift as often because the power is consistent and there in each gear when I twist the throttle. Casey goes through the bikes like they were his own. I noticed things like the rattle in my clutch lever was gone, headlight ring as well. To many things to remember, I highly recommend Cafes Customs. I am a current customer and will be till Casey retires.

I brought my 22 Roadglide w/ a 107 in for engine work (cams, pushrods, etc), and a tune. Not only did Cafe keep in touch the whole time sending pictures/videos but he took the time to explain everything and made sure everything fit my riding style. Cafe treated my bike as if it was his own. I dropped my bike off Monday and it was ready to go Tuesday. Couldn’t recommend a place better than Cafe Customs! The bike is a whole new animal!

Been wanting to get suspension work and T-bars put on my bike. With Casey’s guidance, front springs and rear shocks was replaced along with the rear tires. The difference is night and day. No more holding my breath every time I hit cracks or divots on the road. This guy is legit. I found my local Harley doctor. I can’t wait to go on longer rides and really enjoy that “riders experience”.

By far one of the best shops here in SoCal for all your maintenance and performance needs. Casey the owner is a real pleasure to work with. I took my bagger in for a dyno tune session and what a night and day difference. Casey has the bike dialed in and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Cafe Customs!

Super solid, A-1 Tune. Attention to detail is outstanding. Bike is always ready on time and his customer service can't be matched. "Cafe Extraordinaire" is what I call him. I don't take my bike anywhere else.

The attention to detail, the timely work, the constant correspondence and updates... the pricing... He's a true professional and leading in his field.
