Came here on a donut after a tire blew out. My initial thought was to have them either replace it with a used tire to potentially match the good tire on the other side of the car OR just buy 2 new tires. They took a look at the good tires and saw they were like new, so instead of buying 2 new tires, or a used one, that 1 new tire would be perfect. They got it replaced in 45 minutes. The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was painless. Thank you!

I was ready to trade my Bronco in, it was becoming so unpleasant to drive. But I knew I needed new tires in order to get the best price. I spoke with Brian and took his recommendation and just got it back, and WOW! It feels like an entirely new vehicle and drives like a dream. No way I'm going to let it go now. On top of that, as I was going back to the shop to pick it up, I remembered that I'd neglected to mention the custom tire stem caps that I'd gotten, and figured "Oh well, my mistake. Too late now." So was so happy to see them sitting sweetly on my new tires. The level of care and quality service I received was beyond. If you need tires, there is no need to look further than Cain's.

I brought in my friend’s F-150 Lightning for a replacement passenger rear tire that had a screw in it. Although they had to order the original tire to match the others, there’s so little mileage on the vehicle that a single tire would do.

I finally was able to come in today at 5pm on a very busy Monday and they changed it out before closing! I’m grateful for the years and years of great service Cains has offered me with five different vehicles. They are definitely all stars

If I could give 6 stars I would. This is my second experience with Cains. The first time they quickly patched my tire for an extremely reasonable price and squeezed me in at the end of the day. I live in the city and the first place I went to wanted to charge me 3x (maybe they thought they could pull one over on me because I’m a girl… I race cars, so no deal). I came back in to Cains about a week later with an issue with the same tire. They mentioned the tire had a hole in the same spot and weren’t sure whether or not it was crazily re-punctured in the identical location or if it was an issue with the patch. Regardless, they hadn’t seen this happen before which was my indication that I was probably going to need to buy a new tire. Without hesitating, the gentleman helping me offered a used tire they had with a similar tread to my other rear tire, no charge. Oh, not to mention I also drove an hour and came in 30 mins before closing because I had to go after work. They squeezed me in again. Thank you Cains!
