The guys at California Bike and Snowboard really take care of their customers. They maintained my wife’s city bike for years and recently trued the wheels of her e-bike after a crash. I and a friend of mine both bought e-mountain bikes from them and they have been good about making timely repairs. Great shop if you’re looking to buy or maintain a bike or e-bike.

Went just as they were closing to fix my son’s e-bike fat flat tire and replace tire and tube. Had everything in stock, greeted me at the door, done in less than maybe 5 minutes. I brought whole tire assembly in and they just fixed everything lickidy split and I was out the door. Great store. When I told my son where I went he was like yeah we go there all the time, that’s where we bought our skate board. Great hometown store with owners that are users themselves. Great job. You always know when the owner of a business is around, its a completely different experience.

I brought my Blix Ultra E-Bike to be serviced and to take care of a specific pedal issue. I was greeted outside upon arrival and explained what was going on. They wrote up my ticket and explained in detail what they will check on my bike. They gave me a time frame and a receipt text to keep me informed if anything changes. Picked up my bike 4 days later and everything was taken care of. They even told me what they found and how they fixed it. I highly recommend them for their honesty, fast service, and knowledge.

Came in on a weekend to get my son’s e-bike tire replaced. The entire staff was accommodating and extremely helpful. Even though they had customers flowing in and out the entire time I was there, they made everyone feel welcomed and kept a good flow going where you felt you were getting their uninvited attention. Thank you Dave and team for helping us out!! Happy we now have a place to go to for all bike questions/issues/concerns.

From the time I chatted with Dave online and after chat ended I had purchased the bike from them
When I went out there to add accessories I realized that the bike was going to be too small .
I had changed my mind from a 20 inch to a 24 inch Se so cal flyer .after talking with Dave and his wife the exchange went perfect I bought the bigger bike
And added all the accessories they added all the accessories and bike is ready for pickup
Now . They are your one stop shop nice people definitely give them a try great customer service

Friendly and helpful. Plus took on a tough job of repairing my newer modle ebike under difficult circumstances. Futhermore they helped me out with products i needed to prevent minor flat tires and provided me with knowledge for the security of my ebike.
