Great and reliable place. Very friendly staff. Car was clean and in excellent condition! I also received my deposit back as they said they would. Rented for 9 days to drive up to San Francisco, car worked great and I felt safe. They also shuttled me back to airport which is always helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal

They didn't return $200 deposit to me They never answer the phone.

They didn't drive me back to the airport as they promised.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They overcharge your credit card and never refund the deposit, even though the car was returned in perfect condition with no tickets. They ignore calls and emails. I’m now working with my bank on a chargeback. Their operation is shady, and the cars are disgusting, filthy and in bad condition—our minivan's front bumper was literally held on with duct tape.

Worst place ever, they are a bunch of liars! They told me I would get my deposit back in which I never received and they told me that I would have a shuttle drive me back to the airport. The company that they told me would drive me back to airport informed me that this company always lies to their customers and are horrible to work with. I would not recommend you will be scammed!!!!!!!
