Gio is very friendly and great to work with. He worked with me to find a X3 that fit within my budget. He also suggest options for upgrades down the road. This is how I received a unit back from this dealership. Missing parts and damaged trailer. And this was after i was told I couldn’t pick the unit up after i told them id be there to pick it up the day before. Instead got a 10min argument with Kyle and went home empty handed. Kyle started trying to resolve this but once i calmed down and asked more questions about why the mileage is up over 100miles from what it came in at... got ghosted. Btw they admitted to the missing parts.
