Wasn’t too happy with them. Paid a deposit on a Tenere 700. They ended up marking it up on me when the bike arrived. Decided to eat the deceptive markup since I was on the waitlist for 6 months with them, and wasn’t sure when I would get the chance at another when they first came out. Also, they couldn’t even give me a full gas tank with my bike so I ended up having to go fill up at the shell down the street before I could hit the road and enjoy it.

Update to business response: your people confirmed several times when I joined the waitlist that there was no markup when all the other dealerships were marking up. That’s the reason I put money down with you guys even though you’re 800 miles away from me. I also brought up the fact the gas tank was empty when I was there and your rep said there’s nothing they could do. Own your shit.

Went in to look at the mt09 for me and the mt07 for my wife. I wanted to buy one and Finance the other. Didn't give me the time of day tell I finally went and got someone myself. Finally talked to a sales person and asked if they would make a deal if I purchased 2 motorcycle at once. Told me they would have to talk to the manger, so I left my number with the sales guy to call me when he was in. Never received a call and I won't be back in to be ignored. Happy new owner of the kawasaki Z900 and Ninja 650 thanks to Lee's Honda. Lee's honda greeted me at the door, offered me financing and even negotiated price since I was buying 2 on top of there already discounted sale they were doing. Go to Lee's.
