Purchase my first car from them back in 2015 ( the West Lane in Stockton California location) it was a Chrysler 300 i was grateful because it was my first car I had bad credit and I was approved for a $12,000 car with only $1,000 down. When I was leaving out the lot the check engine light came on me being so naive to cars went Calreadyo the dealer aannuallyturned it off. They claimed that " where repairs were done and they forgot to turn off the light " I worked from home at that time so I drove little mileage annually. 6 months later the check engine light pops back on I immediately took it into a Chrysler they told me that my engine had water in it and that I would have to replace my engine. Not only did my engine have to be replaced but my Cadillac converter this cost me $3,000 in laborers Plus $10,000 for the new engine. I do not want to mess up my relationship with the bank as well as when I called them about a warranty to return the car they told me it's past that time. I was told that any car mileage over 100,000 is bound to need repairs but California motors are showing me that the car was in good condition by even show me the car fax reports. $30,000 later I done replace the whole front end of the Chrysler and this is from 2015 to 2020. The whole reason why I'm writing a review on them in 2024 is because I found old papers with their name.... If you get a car from these people make sure you have someone like a mechanic to come with you and to check everything out also see if they would be willing to allow you to take the car to get inspected. If I would have knew about cars I would have handled things a little different. I still own the car but it's parked of course I got another car.

Purchased a 2017 GMC pick-up with only 60k miles in January 2024. Salesman and process was nice. But in March of 2024, the transmission went out on the truck and left me stranded. GMC dealership noted 'check engine light' and 'various codes' which showed transmission failure were deleted prior to me purchasing the truck Contacted this dealership to obtain service records and tell them about the issues and was ignored and thrown off. Had to pay almost $9,000 for the transmission to be rebuilt. I am extremely disappointed, and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! The customer service is spectacular, and Dave was super understanding, and helpful. It was my very first time buying a car off the lot (and I was alone) & he not once made me feel pressured like other places did. I literally signed the same day & after spending couple hours looking around at the inventory, I ended up purchasing a beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima. Which I am absolutely in love with. The paper process was super smooth, and he was able to get everything that I wanted! Even few days after I made my purchase, he told me he got it for a even better interest rate, which would make anyone happy. That being said I will ALWAYS recommend people to go here & get a car. We got to the dealership one of the staff stared at us like we did something wrong but continued to look around the dealership staff was a little rude and most of the cars were a bit dirty had dents and chipped paint but we got in a few cars to see what they had and got told to not get in the cars unless we are looking to buy a car that day. Don't really recommend.

Being my first time financing a car, David made a really great experience for me. Came in one day after work and looked at two cars for me. Looked at a few others the following day, we had came back in and test drove both those cars. What is really sweet and considerate is David would pull the cars out for us. My boyfriend is in a wheel chair so would make it easier for him to get into each vehicle and instead of having to load the wheel chair into each car he watched it for us. After test driving was done it was time to the see what we can do, David gave some great advice about each car we were interested in. He was really great explaining things to me when I didn't understand something. I personally thought I wasn't going to walk out of there with a car but David made it happen. Very good prices and low mileage used cars for sure if that's what your looking for i highly recommend. Thanks again David!

I worked with David here at CA Motors. He was a really cool guy & very respectful! He stayed late for us to meet there and work out a great deal! We got approved and drove off with the car. The very next morning I get a call from him, he called the credit union we got approved with (went out of his way) and got us a better rate than we initially started with. I bought a very nice car from here the other day. It is amazing. I was so surprised by how cheap it was to! The service was also great! The man named Bobby helped me out before I even came inside. The man named David helped me with all of the paperwork and it went by so fast! This is one of the best used car lots I have ever seen.
