This is the last place I visited in town when shopping for storage quotes and they have the most affordable prices. They also offer a military discount! The property looks secure, well maintained and clean. The lady at the desk, Maria, was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I'll recommend other sailors to come here.

Hard to get ahold of office, even while calling during business hours. Lunch hours have been different each time we have went. Also called to get into a unit we purchased and were asked to wait 15 minutes cuz the girl that I believe is the manager was showering. Never coming back I do not recommend

I already had a storage with the company for almost a year and had to relocate but had to condense my goods. I ordered a second 5x5 unit and they gave me the first 2 months at 50% off. I then went on to search Uhauls rentals and remembered California Self Storage also had truck moving rentals. Compared the prices and Penske was running at .69 cents a mile compared to .99 cents a mile. Easy choice. The down payment for a Penske 12 footer was 150$ and I had to travel from Lemoore to Avenal and back to Lemoore to the new unit.

The down payment came back within 4 business days and I even got a little extra since I over calculated the mileage I prepurchased.

5 Star Experience for sanitation, air conditioning and a fully gassed up truck. I had ZERO issues, the process was quick as I had ordered through the application and showed up for the keys which was also quivk and snappy.

This is a nice facility. Unfortunately they have a mouse problem. I had several trays of mouse poison in my unit. The mice ate all that and still managed to ruin several boxes of goods. They need to hire professional pest control. I probably lost over $2000 in stuff. Very sad.
