Easy purchase experience with Kregg and Nancy. Came in during the week when it was slow and Kregg spent time with me to learn about Ducati models. Did my research and got a couple of quotes from other Bay Area dealers as well as Sacramento ones. Quick phone call with Kregg and he finalized a quote for me . Communication was transparent and clear. Spent less than 5 minutes signing paperwork with Nancy and got a detailed bike walkthrough from Kregg and was on my way! Highly recommend. Easy purchase.

It’s important to note that motorcycle dealers have setup and delivery fees so do your research and get a few quotes to avoid surprises or frustrations.

I just sold one of my 4 Harley Davidsons and I have always loved what Ducati offers, I have watched all the videos on YouTube about the latest V4 Multistrada models and looked on line to see what models were in stock for me to see. I had 3 friends join me to take a look and the level of customer service, friendliness, helpfulness was as poor as you could ever ask for. Not a single hello, smile, do you have any questions, nothing. I had to ask to see if they had the model I wanted to see most in stock since their website said they did which was the Pikes Peak version of the Multistrada. I received an answer to that question stating that they are always sold before they ever get to their showroom. I then ask if the others on the floor are available in which I was told yes. You would think that would give them a hint to talk to me about the models they do have in stock but no, he just walked away. We walked back to the section of the Multistradas at least 3 times and even sat on one and still not a single person tried to help me. I even said loudly, this is the one I would get if I was to get one to see if the guy behind the desk would perk up and come over, nope. When the days of people buying products before they hit the showroom are done, you are only left with customer service to survive. One last note, my bike I rode to the shop on is a 2021 model that has $40k invested in it and I can only assume they figured we can’t afford their products. As we left, not a single person of the 6 or so employees I passed said thank you for coming in, good bye, nothing. Best of luck guys.

Rude sales manager who simply hung up when I sincerely got surprised with the new freight cost (at least it was twice cheaper when I purchased my monster 821 from CalSpeedSports in 2018). And I did not ask about any discounts or anything even when I stated that I have a money limit to buy sfv4 and was trying to understand what’s behind $4k above msrp. I understand that now there is a line to buy due to components shortage and etc but that won’t be forever so good manners should still be a standard.

Big shoutout for gentleman working in parts department who answered my call today.

I was desperately looking for rear sprockets of my aprillia caponord 1200, he seem to be very experienced person and knew that part of my motorcycle are not stocked because its not very popular moto.

But he suggested few options which i wasn’t aware off and voila, i was able to find it on sprocketcenter.com
