I took my old bike seat, on the post, with the new seat into their shop. I could not get the old seat off and asked for help. I agreed to a small charge eagerly. I want to do more business with them. Such nice people.

I dropped my son's road bike off for new inner tubes and a tune-up. After a quick but thorough inspection, I had them replace a stretched chain, brake cables and pads, and new tires. It works like new thanks to the experienced and thoughtful staff. The entire repair took roughly a week (which shows how popular and busy the bike repair department is!) I definitely will be taking my bike there soon for a once over and tune-up!

I have purchased about twelve bike in the past decade. All good quality bikes from bike stores. Three of my last four bike purchases were with this store, which is not the closest bike store to me. I make the drive because of the excellent customer service and the great selection. Today I got my teenager a new mountain bike. They helped her try out a few bikes and made sure she had all the right accessories. It was quick and enjoyable. She will be able to enjoy her new bike all through college.

I have bought 4 bikes brand new here and have been very happy with service.. recently I bought a Harro for my son and the crank fell off. Knowing what I know I knew it was a error at the factory. Not only did the owner fix the problem for no charge but I feel very comfortable having my son on a bike that broke right away from factory.

These guys were great. Brought my bike in for changes to handlebar. They did that and aligned my seat. Kind of minor things but done quickly...dropped late Weds. finished by Friday..

Amazing helpful staff walked us through a sizable selection of bikes for our kids. They made impromptu adjustments for each bike to help us determine what was the right fit, and they showed us the used-bike selection for each size as well. Great selection of bikes, accessories, baseball and other sports gear.
