Great customer service and communication. Not the cheapest, but they’ve been able to correctly diagnose and repair several issues with my boat. Highly recommend!

This place was terrible for my experience. I brought my boat in for a inaccurate tachometer and a blower motor that keeps shorting out and tripping the breaker. They said they ran the blower for 2 hours and it worked fine. They didn't even look at anything further. I told them that they will notice the light does not come on fully and it comes on and off and the motor goes at different speeds because there's a loose connection somewhere. They said it was fine and I took it home. I checked the blower and it didn't even turn on. Then it turned on at half power no light on. I'm not a mechanic but I had to get under there myself and I found a loose connection at the circuit breaker for the blower, which they did not check. So I fixed my own problem, and I'm not the mechanic. They did nothing for my concerns and instead gave me a bunch of bills for estimates of things I didn't ask about. Gave me over $8,000 worth of estimates for things I wasn't looking to do. Didn't fix my problem. Charged me $330. For nothing. They said there was rust in my brake reservoir so I need to do an entire complete overhaul on the brake system $2,000 to $4,000. A trailer shop looked in the reservoir and said it only needs to be bled, and the fluid didn't look concerning .They said because my gear lube cable had cracks in it I need to do all Bellows etc $4,800.

They said my fluids were bad when they were changed last season and hardly used.

I would not bring my boat here. They did not investigate my concern and charged me for 2 hours of inspections. Gave me ridiculous estimates for things I didn't come in for.

I stopped in for water resistant toggle switches for a baja bug. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was looking for a DPDT and a SPDT style switch, and they were able to order it at a good price, and it came in within a few days. I would definitely recommend!

Good place to get parts but staff not so good. She was abrasive and rude in my opinion. Had a simple question and got the " I'm not pulling a tech off a job to answer a question for you". Wow ok. I did just spend a bunch of money here. I am a tech also but on cars and I answer questions and help customers as much as I can. It's called being of service and being helpful and valuing a customer. I'll take my money elsewhere.

This review is a little late but definitely deserving! My family and I are new to boating and this shop was awesome at making sure I was not treated like a newb and never felt taken advantage of. Everything from the service counter to the tech was amazing. The tech took the time to explain everything with me over the phone multiple times. When I got the original quote for my repairs (they are not the cheapest but there is a reason for that!), we discussed what should be done to fix my primary concern and then some other things they noticed through the inspection. We built a game plan on what needed to get done and then what can hold off because I was working within a budget. After speaking with me a second time on the phone about what I was experiencing with the boat (regarding my primary concern) he went back to test a few other things and found the fix was cheaper and easier then originally thought and this was all AFTER I approved the work to be done. They didnt just go and do the work and then say it didnt fix it so lets try this, they went with the cheaper/easier option first. They saved me hundreds of dollars on my primary repair which allowed me to use that money for some of the other things they recommended which I was extremely happy about. I will always recommend this shop for the primary fact that I ALWAYS felt like my needs and situation were first and they treated me like I was family. Thank you for giving me hope that there are still businesses out their that truly care about serving their customers, it's rare.

Very knowledgeable helpful. They don't work on my boat as it is beyond the vintage that they deal with (older then 2000), but they have had all the parts I have needed so far, and have been great for some helpful advice with my projects. I will continue to bring them my business.

Have been doing business here for over 30 years back in the day when I got to speak to the owner and he would answer questions I had. Not that way anymore. I have talked with Tim many times and bought many parts and supplies from him over the years. They won't even look at my 96 sanger because it's to old. Went to ask Tim one question and thought they were going to call the cops on me because I stepped under the patio cover to ask a question. Cal would roll over in his grave if he knew a customer was treated this way. He was a great guy and that is why I always came back here for stuff. Never again will I refer this place. .
