I called Michael hoping to get an pre sale inspection for a motorbike I was interested.
Michael was fully booked but still squeezed in time for a very detailed inspection. The inspection was very thorough with pictures of everything and a document explaining it.
Naturally I was inclined to get my bike serviced from him aswell and he was able to squeeze me in between slots. Again the service was very detail oriented and then he took out the time afterward to explain everything, gave advice on maintenance and also helped out on some accessories on the bike.

Overall I was blown away with the detail in which Michael worked on the bike. You get pictures and explanations of everything that is done. He was able to squeeze me and was flexible with drop offs and pick ups. I am beyond satisfied and felt lucky that I was able to get him to service my bike.

I had messaged many mechanics prior to this and none were as responsive and friendly and flexible as Michael.

Lastly, as if everything else was not enough, he is very reasonable with his pricing aswell.

I was on my way to Michael's repair shop when my bike died on me. According to Google maps I was about 1 block from Michael location. I called him and left a message on his phone informing him of my situation. Ten minutes later he was there to do what ever he could to help. He even offered to push my bike back to his shop. Talk about good character. He was honest and straight forward on what I needed to get my bike up to par. Then he managed to start my bike so I could get home for now. I'm so grateful for what Micheal did for me that day and I highly recommend him if you have any motorcycle issues. Thanks again Mike for another great experience.

Michael, the owner, is an excellent guy. He went out of his way to help me out when I needed some short term storage for my scooter, even when storage space at his shop was very limited. He was communicative, transparent, and just a good dude. I would do business with him again any time.
