I've had my unit for about a year now. When we first got the unit coming from out of state it was a hectic travel along with our out of state U-haul as well. Lynn went above and beyond to get us settled. An still goes above and beyond to this day with great attitude addressing any of your needs at the facility. Dropped a trailer here and what a shirt show this was! I am proficient in backing a trailer, but was told to park in a blind corner with on coming traffic. I asked the individual on staff to help guide me and redirect oncoming traffic with minimal assistance. Wasn’t the worst I had dealt with, but not even the second best.
