Horrible customer service during my effort to return a boat cover that was NOT the size they had on the web site.
I wanted to just exchange it for the right size.
Nope, can't be done. I even had to pay for the return.

Went here to unload, I was a little lost trying to find out where to go. I ended up going to the east building on the south side of the building there’s a little guard shack guy was nice let me in got a dock took 2 hrs to get unloaded they take a while because they count the load.

Kmart suite B. Its back side of the building. So there is the side road right next to the building and dollar general so just follow the road and in back side you’ll see suite B. Very nice guys i had appointment at 9am. I got their 6am. And they opened up at 6:30 and i got unloaded at 7:15am. Very fast unloading. There is overnight parking as well.

Unbelievably bad customer service. Can i rate less than one star? Bad info on their website, product availability and shipping. After(currently on phone)painstakingly calling I finally got somebody to help me, I'm sorry I don't know his name. He was able to have somebody ship it today which brings the rating up from less than one star.

Customer service is terrible. When transporting back to store for pickup, wreckless driver caused damage to dishes and other breakage when left for warranty work. Andrew, Ed,Dale and service staff disappointing. Manager Jennifer did intercede on Our behalf..
