My wife and I have a 2024 Sea to Sky just purchased in Feb 2024. About 1,000 miles into a 6,000 planned trip, we began to receive an error message about a suspension failure. The suspension seemed to be inflating to max, so riding high and hard. Called Can Am in Modesto and spoke with Rick - at this time we were 240 miles from them. Rick was super nice and said they should be able to work us in when we get there to see how they might help (hook to computer) and to make sure the bike was safe to ride. We got there about 4pm that day (7/23/24) and they certainly worked us in and were so nice. The technician made sure the suspension parts were all properly aligned and attached and that the system was working properly. He could not find anything wrong so the fix would need to wait until we returned home a parts could be replaced. The codes have come back periodically but it did give us assurance nothing would be damaged by riding it. It was super hot (115 that afternoon). While they were checking out the Spyder, they got us bottles of water to make sure we were comfortable. Would recommend this service department- they are accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. Modesto Can-Am was my last stop when i was looking into buying my very first side by side, I spoke with various dealers here in the central valley, including Merced California Custom and Powersports and even MotoExpo in Concord. When I reached out to the team here at Modesto about there 2023 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max DS 64, they quickly advised me they had a 2023 Can-Am Maverick X3 Max RS 72 for an incredible deal compared to MSRP. These people will work with you and most important make you feel part of your team. Dirk Paintedman and his Mananger, made the whole process quick. Speaking with these two made the me feel like we had known each other for years. Very open minded and welcoming as soon as they shake your hand. Finance guy was also very welcoming and social. Honestly everyone inside this dealer was in a positive attitude and excited on my purchase. Thank you Modesto Can-Am for the experience and hopefully to continue doing buissnes here in the future.

Nicole in the parts department has always provided excellent customer service and has outstanding product knowledge. I recently brought in a helmet I had purchased from another store for a Bluetooth. Nicole was able to spot that the helmet was defective saving me from a potential injury. Service like this is why I continue to shop here.
