I was absolutely amazed by my experience at this rental location—in the BEST way possible. Typically, renting a car can be a bit unpleasant due to inconsistent service across different companies. Often, staff at rental agencies seem annoyed and unhelpful. However, I noticed a difference when I called to ask questions; the person who answered was incredibly friendly and provided clear answers. After speaking with her, I felt encouraged to give this company a chance, even though I had initially considered another option.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reminder call from the manager, which was a thoughtful detail I hadn’t expected. I found myself thinking, “Wow, they actually care enough to make reminder calls?” No other company I’ve dealt with has done that.

When I arrived, I was greeted by two staff members who were calm and welcoming—something I rarely see in rental companies. The process of getting my rental was extremely simple. I drove away in a brand new vehicle with only 8 miles on it, and both the price and performance were excellent. Returning the car was just as easy.
