She truly stood out as one of the most impressive customer service representatives I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Despite a bustling environment with numerous customers and a constantly ringing phone, she managed to extend a warm welcome to everyone while maintaining an impressive level of personalization. What truly amazed me was her ability to remember me even after a week since my last rental.

While I was waiting for my transportation, she proactively approached me, offering assistance and ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. Her proactive and attentive attitude made a significant difference in my experience.

Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by the car that I rented during my visit. It has undoubtedly piqued my interest as a potential option for a future vehicle purchase.
