I had them put an alarm system in in 2015. No problems with the install since then at all. I left there with my app on my phone working with the alarm the remotes were great and I've had no problems ever since. Recently the alarm system needed an upgrade for the remote start to work with the app as the app was upgraded. When I renewed my upgrade, the company sent me the upgrade module. I called car stereo and they had no problem putting it in. Of course they charged me time is money if we all have a job we know that. But they were quick and polite and happy to do it. I drive past dozens of stereo shops to get to theirs from my home. It's worth the trip. I was pleasantly surprised not being in the shop for a while to see they had added many other services. My 05 pickup truck needed brighter headlights. They showed me what they had and instead of charging me for an install explain to me how easy it was to put in myself. I went home put them in and they worked tremendously. If you have an 05 f250 and want bright headlights but are afraid to spend the money online for ones that won't work. Go here I put them in and they are awesome. They made my old headlights look like dirt covering the lens. Very please have always recommended them and will continue to recommend them to all my friends and family. So many stereo shops are such fads suppliers, this is a real car shop. I'll be talking to them about a bed cover next and probably some other things as I'm restoring this truck back to New. Thank you guys at car stereo it was so easy working with you guys.

I called them very early on Sunday and spoke with Rami who assured me that he could make a new stereo work in my 2013 Nissan Rogue. I went in and Rami was true to his word. He went over all of my different options and explained how each device differed and how everything worked together. Once the work was done, Rami went over all the features of my stereo and even paired my phone with it so I could test out all the features. I love my new car stereo and I am extremely satisfied at how I was treated, at the workmanship, and my overall experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and I’ll definitely return.

Quoted me $448 for a alarm system. Than charged me $484 . I didn't noticed till I saw looked at my credit card balance. Kinda shady . Guy was super nice I wanted to get more things done . But that blew it.

Update... 3rd Car completed by Rami and team... And as usual. Quality, High End work all the way through. From start to finish- selection of the right speakers, amp, use of factory locations- to expert installation and then of course listening to the great sound system they created!
Top notch all the way around! Would give more stars if possible.

I've taken two cars here... Always knowledgeable and make good suggestions based on what you are looking for. Installation was fast, clean and without any issues. They were even able to custom fabricate a bezel for the next head unit.
Overall, They have competitive prices, knowledgeable team members and expert install. You cannot go wrong!

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable group of guys. A little pricey but over all good quality work is hard to find. I would recommend this shop for all you car audio need. They also have a great selection of rims and speakers.

DONT GO HERE!!! They have bad customer service never again will i trust this guys I had them instill a radio 5 months later it wouldnt come on...so i took it there and they said the radio is fine but its Electrical problem and i told them since they put the radio in and when i turned the key off it wouldnt turn off they said it was nothing they did but i would have too bring it back next week i Took it to radio shop. Universal Car Stereo 2424 w orangethorpe in fullerton they fix it in 15 mins it was the wirring........

Definitely coming back, great service competitive prices if you know anything about the equipment you’re getting. Had four headrests, and a double din installed in my 09 Tahoe. Very satisfied with the customer service and their work.
