Recently had my car serviced here and Carson went above and beyond for me. Had some issues with another shop and was skeptical but the experience I had with cartek put my mind at ease. Got everything I needed done at a good price and in a timely matter and was updated with any new information whenever it was found. I had heard good reviews from family but I regret going here.
The gentlemen are very nice but it's like pulling teeth to get information.
They wont call you, and when you call them, they tell you they'll look at it and give you a call back but you'll always have to be the one to call...
I brought my car in, it was having power steering problems.
They "fixed" it, it cost me a grand.
It had the same problems a few weeks later.
I bring it back and after a week of no update. I finally call and they tell me that the problem had always been something else and that I essentially didnt need to pay that thousand last month. I still dont know what it needed, they told me that they found house plugs and weren't sure why they were in there. But it annoys me that they didnt see that the first time.
It could have saved me a thousand dollars.
I ended up abandoning the car as I can't afford any more repairs and we were moving shortly after hearing the news.
