Hands down the best service and quality bikes + bike products here. Rafael served us and helped me choose a bike that suited my commuting needs. He has several years of experience in this field, knows bikes inside out and was extremely patient, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bike shopping experience. I am very sorry but I had an extremely poor experience here. I had to get my front tube replaced and was charged $55 for the same - apparently I needed to change the rim tape and add slime. What’s worse I was charged full price for both of these things. The cost of the tube on top of that and finally labour charge. When I came in they probably thought I was extremely naive. Then two days later the rear tyre also got flat - they put slime in that one as well. A few weeks later, the front tyre also is flat. Cheap quality materials being used and my experience leads me to believe that they are absolute hucksters. I would give no stars if possible - will never go here and tell everyone else to avoid at all costs.

Excellent service! Bought 2 bikes here and had trouble fitting both into my car. The guy on duty (sorry forgot to get your name) was so kind as to offer to deliver 1 to my house after he got off work the same day. Really appreciated it!

Very bad customer experience. Couldn’t fix a mountain bike. Broke again and then they claimed it would not be covered by warranty. Accused my son of know knowing how to ride a bike (chain, gear issues). Went to a different store and they said that installation wasn’t done correctly. They fixed it within 30min. I would stay away from this shop.

My bicycle chain fell off, so I went to this place. The staff fixed it in a minute, and more surprisingly, free of charge! I left the store, and the chain fell off again when I tried to apply the derailleur. It turned out to be the chain's problem. I went back, and the owner helped me again, and once again, free of charge! He kindly explained to me why this happened. Since I will be graduating and moving out in a month, he suggested me just don't use the derailleur and it will be fine at least for the coming month. I highly recommend it to everyone! BTW, don't go to the next-door Bike Connection; they try to charge me 60ish bucks and let me wait for 3-4 days, while the problem can be fixed in a minute here!

Thank you to this local business for being knowledgeable and fairly priced on their services. We had an issue with brakes for a new bike (purchased elsewhere) and the folks at the shop were very competent in getting it repaired. We are planning to go back. I would recommend based on our experience.
