My Mazda needed a diagnostic check concerning abnormal noise from drivetrain. My service advisor Chris was very attentive & thorough with the technician to solve the problem. Had to wait a couple days for the new wheel bearing hub and install. Excellent work & under warranty. Great customer service to be kept informed.

Very fast service for the software updates my vehicle required and they provided me a lift out and back to get lunch nearby. I also had them look at some loose trim but dont feel like it was very well addressed. Its slightly better but the write up of zero movement now present was inaccurate. Would of gotten 5 stars otherwise.

Yesterday, my car received its ceramic coating. I have gotten so many compliments on this car! My advisor was Catherine Bloom. WHAT A GEM!! She is concerned but works so very quickly! You are lucky to have her!!
