I went to get some brake pads cause I thought since I had about 76,000 miles on my car it was time to get some. They took my car back in the shop and about 10 mins later the manager came out to talk to me and said I did not need them. I said are you sure about that? He said, “yes let me show you. So he took me to my car and they had the tire off so I could see. Sure enough he was right I did not need brake pads yet. So he saved me about 200.00 inwhich he could have just changed them and I wouldn’t have known. I appreciate the honesty and I will be going back whenever I do need them. Thank you.?

While driving down through Alabama our van's serpentine belt and idler pulley dismantled and wr were stuck on the side of the road near mile marker 117 overnight, the following morming we called the closest advanced auto and O'Riley's auto asking for assistant for parts as there is no uber or lyft service in this somewhat remote area to get us to the store, Allen at Carquest was able to help us find the parts needed over the phone and one of their team mates even drove out 20 miles to us to drop off the parts we needed at no extra cost. This is unmatched service, I have never experienced elsewhere. Fantastic team and customer service. Like Advanced and O'Rileys they could have left us out to dry but chose not to. We are so appreciative of this team and service! Thank you!
