I assisted my 28 year old son with searching for a used car & researching financing at our credit union since this is a new experience for him. The whole experience with Carvana was seamless and efficient. He even got a good deal on trading in his old car. My son bought a 2016 Nissan Altima , 30k miles. He had 7 days to change his mind (get up to try up to two additional cars for 7 day trial period). We brought the car to our mechanic to inspect. The car is in great condition ! My son is very pleased with his purchase.
The staff was very courteous and professional. The price wasn’t too far off the Kelly blue book price either. I highly recommend buying from Carvana in Garden City.

After searching for a great used car for a few months I decided to try Carvana and it was by far the easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. All the tools to search for your perfect car are there. You get a seven day test drive and if you don’t love your car you can swap it with another vehicle up to two times. It’s complete consumer confidence when buying a used car. The vending machine was an added bonus.

Sold a vehicle to Carvana and couldn't have had an easier process. The process was exactly was described in the literature:
1. Fill out the description of your car, include photographs
2. Provide your documentation for the vehicle
3. They give you an estimated value for your car, based on your description. You have the choice of a check or direct deposit.
4. Book a time for the flatbed to come to you, or you go to the nearest Carvana location
5. I chose a pickup, and the driver was right on time. He was very communicative and proactive about getting to my location to pick up the car. He inspected the car, took his own pictures, checked the error codes, and when he verified that the car matched my description completely, he provided me a check, and took away the car on his flatbed. He was great to deal
All in all, an incredibly simple and straightforward process. It's rare these days to get something that's exactly as it's described, but this was one of those times. I'd recommend it to anyone.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had! Would not recommend Carvana to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Nothing but problems with my 2016 Jaguar F Type. They claim you have a 90 day warranty which is a joke. Cost me $1200 out of pocket within 8 days of purchase to repair the issues. Now fighting to recover my expenses with civil litigation. Once you drive off the lot you’re on your own. Poor customer service all the through way the process!

Outstanding, my second purchased through Carvana, first time it was delivered to my house. My second purchase was this August 2023, similar process but actually experienced the vending machine this time, it was such a smooth transaction out in about 15min after completing everything through the app. Better than any Dealership Experience. February 9th: I was driving on old country road when two cars driving with carvana license were driving recklessly. It was a grey Tesla Y and a white Honda pilot. They were braking and swerving in traffic with snow on the roads. The pilot also was not cleaned off and dumped snow on the road and other cars. Good luck to whoever bought those cars. The carvana employees were driving and braking very hard. Shame on them for endangering others. Not a customer and never will be.
