I called this company mistakenly thinking they rented golf carts. The young lady who answered the phone was the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in customer service. She hung up on me as I was talking before. I even understood it was the wrong company. I was very kind when I called her. She then proceeded to text me And was very rude and condescending. I wouldn't trust this company in anyway shape or form for anything based on their customer service alone.

I called twice and left messages to inquire about purchasing a golf cart. No one answered. I left 2 messages and received no return calls, so I purchased a cart on the mainland and had it shipped. My cart needed a small modification so I drove it to the facility. The owner was unfriendly not even saying hello, looked at my golf cart and said I won't work on those golf carts. He didn't even know what was wrong, gave no explanation, said I can't help you and walked away. I was told if you don't purchase from him he won't work on your cart. So I went to the much friendlier competition in town.

First of all I would not call this a Yamaha dealership. It’s a rundown shack with 2 employees that are working on these beat up golf carts. Me and my dad went to look at gold cart to purchase and some guy said take these price lists and this is what you get, don’t bother going direct to Yamaha we beat their prices. Rundown store, dirty and just nasty place.

Not a real location. I went here to the exact address and they told me this listing was a mistake on google. Sent me back around the corner to Island Rentals and Cartopia Rentals. Not sure why people keep reviewing this place.
