Had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. The gal didn’t know what she was doing. I was told by the gal that works in the office that they accepted our loan so we got pre approved, drove to this dealership which was a NINE hour drive, brought the vehicle home, only to find out they did NOT accept our loan. Then they wanted us to bring the vehicle back!!! We had to scramble to come up with the money another way. She even spoke with our lender and told our lender that they accepted that particular type of loan. She didn’t understand and instead of saying that or asking for clarification, she just told the lender yes, they accept it. On top of this horrible experience, the transmission went out 3 months later and we were told that the dealership most likely knew about it when they sold it to us. I would NEVER recommend this place nor would I ever buy another vehicle from them. Very shady operation, in my opinion.
UPDATED DUE TO OWNER REPLY:
Yes, I spoke with a man over the phone AFTER my lender (and myself) were already told by your office staff that you accept CUDL (credit union loans) and AFTER we had already drove the vehicle home!! Exactly what I already said. Don’t try and blame this on our lender. This was the fault of YOUR office staff. She should NEVER have told my lender or myself that you accept CUDL loans, when in fact you do not. Period. From that point, we would have taken our business elsewhere and saved ourself from a 9 hour drive.
This is my honest opinion, isn’t that what we’re supposed to do here is give our honest opinion It was a HORRIBLE experience, worst car buying experience we’ve ever had and we’ll never buy another vehicle from you nor will we recommend you. End of story.
