Came in earlier this summer to get valves adjusted on a kx250f. Ive ridden the bike and just took it in to a new repair shop to get serviced the first time since, because I wasn’t super happy about the service at Central Coast Kari/yamaha, and they sent me the attached pictures. The technician at Central Coast Kawi/yamaha dropped in and left a plastic wire clip into the top end right between the two cam shafts. I don’t know if the tech was trying to grenade my bike, or if the clip was already there and they lied about making any adjustments. The bike ran no better after $400 spent.

Bring your bike to get serviced here if you like technicians leaving loose parts in your motor and charging a ton $$$. Horrible service for premium price.

I was in the market for a bike for my son. Not only was I treated respectfully. The GM Jethro makes you feel like you are part of the team. Great with people and extremely knowledgeable and talented. We ended up purchasing 2 bikes and with his help he also allowed us to get the best possible price after looking into other local dealers. CCY in Santa Maria is the way to go. Thank you Team for all your help and we will definitely be back to get a small bike for my toddler when he is of age and able to ride.

Great service!

Im new to the motorcycle scene and they made the process very smooth and educational. I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me the entire store but rather felt really informed. They gave me perspectives, recommendations, and even buying the motorcycle i wanted was easy.

As i continue to evolve with this sport, i will 100% be coming back here first for any gear or future bike’s.

Yamaha of central coast in my opinion is the best. I had picked out a bike from them and I had some road blocks along the way to purchase my new bike. I kept in contact with them for about a month and I still was able to get the exact bike I wanted. They are great to work and deal with 💯💯💯.... Tyvm Yamaha......
