I went in today to have my yearly routine oil change. My service advisor was Celso Sanchez. He greeted me pleasantly and was personable as well as professional. Upon reviewing my car history and services, I was informed of a few other suggested services that were recommended. I explained to Celso that I was really
not prepared to have anything else done today, so he printed out the recommended services for my reference and he explained what to do when I am ready to get the service done. He was kind enough to apply a couple of coupons that made my final bill lower than my expectation. Upon arrival he had told me the expected time of completion and I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready very close to his prediction.
