Great exceptional service from Carlos, went to other dealers and felt more welcome here than I’ve felt at another manufacturers’ dealers. Was well attended and they even had Spanish speakers which made the process much more accessible. Omar made the decision making much easier for us and guided us towards a decision that all parties were satisfied with. Had a good experience the sales manager Miguel was very knowledgeable and professional, worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Honestly I hate car dealerships. But this one was actually a pleasure. Both our sales guy and the finance guy were awesome. And if I had to tell a negative, the only thing might be that we ended up staying waaayy too long, because we were having a good time talking about lots of other stuff. But the thing is, we also got a gorgeous Beemer for a great price!! So, no complaints so far.

I purchased my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum on 1/9/25. Martha and everyone that my husband and I had the pleasure of speaking with were awesome! I came in very apprehensive and my husband is a tough negotiator but everyone involved made him and I feel very comfortable and ensured that we were informed of all of our options. They worked with us and we were able to drive off with our new truck with an affordable monthly payment. I love my heated seats and smooth ride. The front seats are comfortable for a larger person such as myself and I love the paking assist and safety features. Will definitely send my friends and family here. Wonderful experience!

This is our 3rd purchase at this dealership and we were fortunate enough to have worked with Louis T. He was patient, kind, and very understanding to what we were looking for. He showed us a few vehicles and allowed us to test drive them. When it came down to business Louis worked hard to get us the deal we wanted. We wanted the online price, however their very rude, on a high horse “finance guy” came in, slammed a paper and said the car is worth 28k and that the price they were already giving me was the best. I ignored him because intimidation does not work with me. I was ready to walk out unless the online price was honored which was 8k less and if I only worked with Louis. I was going to pay cash, but through Nissan Financing there were good rebates and discounts for returning customers so I financed. The sales manager was also nice enough to finalize the $ I wanted and in the end it all went by smooth. I recommend Louis T as your go to guy if you’re looking for someone that’s going to understand what you want and isn’t going to be so pushy like other salesmen. I deducted a star because of the finance guy…he shouldn’t be in sales if he is not a people person. It doesn’t work in this world. And I deducted a 2nd star because the first sales guy when we went to look the first time was messaging my sister and I excessively and during non-work hours.
