My husband and I brought his motorcycle to Mike. We paid him close to $1500 to fix the bike. He’s had the bike since February, every time we have called to get an update on the bike, no answer. No matter what time of day we called him. He did a few things to it and got to the real problem just to call and say “This is the problem, you need to come get the bike and find someone else to fix it. I won’t touch it” and when being asked why he won’t fix it, he replied “I just won’t” and wouldn’t give us an answer. Ever since we were told we need a new mechanic, my husband has called multiple (5-6) times a day to try to get his bike back and no answer or call back. The guy was very nice in person and seemed to know what he was doing but he doesn’t answer his phone, he doesn’t have a good turn around time, and he won’t fix the bike like we paid him to do. If you come to him to get your bike fixed, don’t expect to have your bike back anytime soon, expect to pay a bunch of money before he fixes the issue and don’t expect Mike to answer his phone either. You might be better off going to an actual shop and paying a bit more rather than go to Mike. He’s unprofessional and we have had nothing but trouble. He’s had our bike for 3 months and no conversation has been more than 5 minutes so it’s really no excuse to not answer the phone or call back.
