I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Chaparral. My salesman Julio, was fantastic. No BS, no haggling and very responsive. Being in sales myself, the last thing I wanted to do was sit around and haggle on price. I gave Julio a call on a Kawasaki Kx250x, I presented an offer and he made it happen. I drove here from Vegas, a 6 hour round trip because the price was great and Julio’s customer service was 10/10.

Sold me a defective tire. Charging me return shipping. Now I have to pay to have it removed from the wheel and again to have a new tire mounted. They are saying up to 8 weeks to hear from the manufacturer if it even will be warranteed. Then what? Do I get another tire? So I either wait 2 months to hear or get a tire I won't need? Terrible service. Offered a 5% coupon off my next purchase. What a joke. I thought using a California company would help, clearly not.

Bought an IRC knobby tire thru these guys and it started throwing knobs.. sent pics and receipts and they said I have to pay to ship it back then wait 4-8 weeks so they can evaluate if it falls under the warranty.. I asked them how often do these knobbies throw knobs off. I've got Buddy's that have twice the hp that run them with no issues.
I won't buy from here again knowing they won't immediately back a product they sell that's obviously defective. Edit: after this review I got the standard bot reply to please contact them so we could address the issue. I replied to them via email and never heard anything else from them.. way to back a product. I won't be spending any more at this place..

Used to always shop there, not any more. Bought a chain and sprocket kit. Told them the exact model of the bike and the chain size i needed. They sold me the wrong one and I cant return it. I used to travel 2 hours across LA each way just to go to the store. I'm disappointed.

We are traveling from out of state and our son needed a new helmet. The store only had one adult small helmet in stock and it was the display helmet which was very scratched. It was priced at $463 (online at fox.com $318). They offered us a 5% discount and we said no and left. We went back a few days later and they said they would price match. I pulled up fox.com and it was now priced at $255 but out of stock. They offered us a 10% discount. We bought it. The girl went to find the box and bag and searched for 15 min, banged the helmet into the metal shelving and chipped the visor. We ended up leaving without the bag.

They asked me to review my experience so here it goes. Have purchased before without a glitch. However, my last order was supposed to be a front & rear tire and they sent me 2 rear tires. The size was right for the front but it was a back tire so couldn't use it. I purchased them in advance of when I needed them so couldn't return and its my fault I didn't check the tires when they were delivered. They did offer me a 10% discount on the correct tire 🙂

Order a motorcycle ramp. It was ordered and was processed. Was put on a credit card. Never received an email of it being shipped. Called 8 days later. Was told it was still being processed. Waited another 4 days. Called again at this time I was told my order was canceled. I asked why was it canceled? I was told that Chaparral can cancel an order at any time. I was never notified that it was canceled. Also I was charged for it on my credit card. So I wanted the amount taken off my credit card. They charged me $22.00 for a processing fee. What? I ordered a ramp that Chaparral advertised on their website. For a price. Chaparral could not fulfilled their advertised item at the advertised price. Chaparral breached the contact set forth by me to secure the set price for an item. That they advertised. I secured the set price by them taking my credit for the advertised price. So Chaparral breached the contract with me and they want me to pay $22.00 for Chaparral breaching a contract. I will contact the Better Business Bureau. Also talk with an attorney. To review their on line procedures. I will not pay the processing fee. I found a better ramp at at a cheaper price on Amazon. I want Chaparral to under stand this is not over. Treat your customers with better respect.

Ordered 2 tires 11-25-24. Received only 1 on 12-2-24. Made call to them on 12-3-24. Another tire was mailed out. As of 12-16-24 still have not received other tire. Rep told me that someone would call me. No one called. Had to make another call. Advised me they will have to track tire thru FedEx. Still waiting for tire almost a month now
Very poor customer service.
