We had a fuel pump go down on a 90’s Kawasaki Vulcan in Dothan AL on the 1st day of a 3day trip. No one in the area could help us until we found Circle City Cycles. They may not have had exactly what we needed but Jody took the time to help us get something that would work! We got the bike running and we finished two more days of riding and make it home. We can not thank y’all enough for the help!!

just called today to see about a valve adjustment and the older guy told me they won't touch Chinese bikes even tho I have had my bike worked on there before the younger guy was nice tho guess I won't be bringing any of my bikes by anymore gonna let my riding buddies know how they discriminate against chondas to edit: my bike was worked on like a week before i called well after covid

Outstanding service! I dropped my Honda VTX1300 off on Thursday for a front tire change. It was supposed to be ready Saturday, but they had it ready Friday afternoon. When I arrived to pick it up, the owner tossed two front brake pads on the counter that were completely exhausted. I hadn't even thought to ask him to check my brakes, but when he saw how bad they were, he swapped them out for me. Really made me feel like a lot of attention to detail was invested in my bike. Friendly people, too. I'll definitely be back!

Wow! We have a VN2000. We are from KY and were traveling to Florida. Going through Alabama, our rear brakes had a serious problem.
Not going into the details of the issue, But Kawasaki Dealers did not have parts needed and would have to order. The dealer we were at recommended this place. I called Howard. Extremely nice old fellow. He said he would get us fixed. When we got there, they put us at the front of the line as they knew that we were traveling. Jody (his son) took the parts he needed off another bike they had in stock and put ours back together and got us on the road in less than an hour. I highly recommend them. Very nice folks.

Dropped off my bike today to be serviced. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I wanted and he promised a bike I could ride all season. Looking forward to picking it up. Worth the visit just to see some of the cool bikes he has inside!

Dropped off a bike I got for my Nephew to have 2 tires put on the bike and was quoted $30 per tire. Went to pick it up and they said it was $178. They also charged me for 2 new tubes I didn’t need or ask for. I brought a new one in a box I already had that was purchased there. When I asked for a breakdown the owner became instantly rude and just out right nasty. “Don’t buy one if you can’t afford the maintenance”. Then the other worker went and got the tech and said come here this guy is complaining and then said he’d roll it in the back and take it off. That’s were I put my foot down. The tech was the only person in there with a level head about him. I tried taking it to Dothan Power Sports 1st but the we’re too busy to get it in and out today. No customer service skills whatsoever. I literally thought I was going to end up in the parking lot with the 2nd guy and I wasn’t even dealing with him. I definitely will not be back.
