Progressive insurance booked this towing company for me. It was the middle of the night around 1:00 a.m. I was really surprised how quickly City towing made it out to me. The gentleman who responded is named Mark Staggs. He did a great job and really appreciate his help. After working a long night shift at Fort Irwin and having to deal with being stranded off the 15 freeway in the middle of the night can be somewhat dangerous, but Mark answered the call swiftly and professionally.
