I needed to have a hydraulic cam chain tensioner kit installed on my 06 deluxe. Jim was able to get the part cheaper and did the job faster than expected. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about the whole experience. If I could rate more stars I would. Will definitely be back.

Took a chance, and unfortunately I was disappointed. All the issues I brought the bike in for were not fixed; some were which was good. I was given suggestions on what to repair on my own because the the price to repair would exceed the value of the bike...wrong, he was about $6000 off the value of the bike..not including the thousands of dollars of aftermarket market parts already installed & in good condition. I would say save your money, & go to Ivan's Fast Bikes for an independent HD mechanic; knows his stuff & gives you fair/cheap prices.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience with this shop. If I could give more stars I would. I came in with my FXDB misfiring and a loss of power. Less than a week later it was ready to be picked up with not only my initial problem fixed but a few minor things buttoned up that I wasn’t able to get around to before bringing it in. This shop has got itself a guaranteed customer for any future problems. Thank you Citywide Cycles!!
