Customer service is a joke. Not professional individuals DO NOT buy from this mom and pop shop. They don’t respect their warranties and lie upon buying products TO MAKE BUSINESS! Would give O stars if possible. Held on to my receipt on file since 2018; 2025 now and won’t respect warranty. Manager in charge 1/28/2025 says there’s no need for receipts to have warranty policy on them. With that being said they only exchange what they want and is convenient for them to change.

Always best price in town. The gentlemen working there are fast and efficient as well as friendly.
I was in and out within 10 minutes.
Open 7 days a week is an A+.
Purchased water pump, thermostat, and thermostat gasket for an 08 Honda Civic and total cost $70. Now, who can beat that!?!

Low prices? yes but for low quality parts.
Poor customer service . Workers with no education at all , now robots are doing better job than this people . I called to ask for a part and because I didn’t know what engine has my car he just hang up on me . I called again and they Leave me on hold for 22 min till I hung up.

Horrible. They canceled my online order because it appeared high risk fraud since my billing address is in Idaho. They didn’t even call and attempt anything before canceling an order I just needed ready to pick up so I can leave . Took into no consideration the holidays or people traveling. The CHEAPEST ROTORS gave them the idea it might be fraud is the dumbest thing I’ve heard

Upon arrival the store was well organized and well stocked but what caught my attention was the customer service. Counter parts guy David was very helpful and friendly. Even though my mechanic did not know what heater hose I needed David tried his best to compare my hose with the one I needed using pictures and eventually bringing it out for me for comparison, very patient young man, made me feel welcome and safe. Will definitely come back and buy more parts from David.
