I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. While they were more than helpful when I was buying the car, their service department has been a nightmare. Every visit for repairs, oil changes, or maintenance has been met with terrible customer service.

The staff seems disorganized specifically I dealt with Keano Valdes , and the lack of communication is astounding. Even though the district manager authorized my type of service, every agent I dealt with insisted on following the same pointless protocol, wasting my time and testing my patience. They jump to conclusions without listening and show zero empathy.

To make matters worse, their attitude and lack of manners are beyond unprofessional. It’s clear this dealership doesn’t value their customers once the sale is made. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value good customer service and respect after your purchase.

Rosie did an amazing job helping us find the perfect car. She was supper friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us. She did a great job getting us into the car we wanted. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us step by step without making us feel rushed, she took her time to make sure we understood everything. I recently purchased my forever car and I could not be happier with the whole experience with Ranae! She was patient and thorough! And when I say patient I mean patient. My husband is a mechanic so he knows a lot about cars. And with that comes an abundant of questions that Renae was able to answer.
