We had an awful experience at this truck center. After multiple times coming in and phone calls agreeing to prices. My family comes in to sign paperwork and excited to take home a new truck. Once we are there they change their mind on the value of trade in and go back on their word. We were also transferred around to four different sales agents each blaming the other guy. Unethical experience and poor business. Be ware of this company they do not stay true to their word.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I purchased a truck from them at the end of August and I've had nothing but problems with it. I've only driven it 1000 miles and already had a check engine light come on. I had to replace the O2 sensor which cleared the issue. Now it seems that I have a clogged radiator that may have blown a head gasket. This truck seems to be a lemon. I should have taken the truck to an independent mechanic to look it over prior to spending $37k. Very frustrated. DONT RISK IT HERE

I recently had my favorite truck totaled and had been looking at an F150 here at Clawson. Just by luck we were headed to Sephora, but the line was out the door. My girlfriend said hey lets go see if they still have your truck. We drove over and were greeted by Rick who helped me get the F150 I had been wanting since I started my search a month ago. I recently bought a 2015 Ford F-150 from sales man Rick Hancock, and he was very helpful and respectful. It was my first time meeting Rick and it felt like we had been friends for years! Needless to say, Rick and manager Joe Noriega were not only there to sell trucks, but to make sure you as a customer gets the best deal possible! They were the only ones who were able to accomplish that when no other dealership could! My financing was done by Gonzalo Ortiz and he was amazing in explaining and going over every little detail in the contract. The following morning I received a text message from Rick asking how the truck was working out and if I had any questions! I have bought a number of vehicles from other dealerships and Rick was the first to ever message me and ask if things were okay and if I had any questions! That's the kind of customer service you want from a dealership and a salesman. Two days later I received a phone call from Gonzalo asking me to come back to the dealership because he was still able to get me an even better deal with the bank than we previously had!! If that doesn't prove to you that the gentlemen from Clawson's Truck Center have the BEST customer service, I'm not sure what will! I can't think of another dealership that beats their standards! If you are looking to purchase another vehicle I highly recommend you to go down to Clawson's Truck Center! I know me and my family will definitely be going back!

Very good looking trucks! Gonzalo gave my wife and I time to take a look around and check out their inventory instead of trying to sell me a truck I didn't like. (Most dealers did that) We went in to look around on Saturday and went to other dealers as well. After bouncing from dealer to dealer, we noticed that Clawson was distinct from all the other ones. They are very professional and really really friendly. My daughter was hungry and fussy after being out truck shopping all day so they even offered to buy us lunch! Maria and Gonzalo were also able to narrow down our search to 2 trucks and helped us make our decision. Overall, I would definitely buy again from Clawson trucks and would recommend anyone here! And if your sitting at Own a Car right now reading this, Get the hell out of there asap and drive up the road to Clawson truck center! Dont waste your time at Own a Car
